Chuck We, MBA – Senior Vice President, Hudson Pacific Properties

Chuck We serves as Senior Vice President of Western Canada at Hudson Pacific Properties. He is responsible for office portfolio operations in Vancouver which includes the 1.45 million square feet at Bentall Centre and strategic oversight with Hudson Pacific Properties' expansion in Western Canada. Prior to joining Hudson Pacific in 2019, Chuck was the Vice President for a multinational real estate corporation, where he oversaw leasing and operations in Vancouver and participated in development and acquisitions. He currently serves on the board of the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association (DVBIA), and recently served on the boards of NAIOP, Vancouver Chapter and the ULI British Columbia District Council. Chuck holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Marketing, and International Business from Simon Fraser University.
