Meghan Henselwood  

Managing Director of Transactions, Canadian Real Estate, Manulife Investment Management

In her current role, Meghan is responsible for acquisition activity across all property types and risk profiles in Western Canada on behalf of Manulife’s general account and third‐party clients. Before joining the firm, she worked at Lotus Capital as the Director of Acquisitions. She was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and contracting real estate investment transactions across Canada while overseeing the underwriting and due diligence process. Previously, she worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Financial Analyst. Meghan began her career at one of Canada’s largest wealth management firms, evaluating companies and analyzing future investment products and opportunities.

Meghan has been volunteering with CREW Vancouver for the last four years, having first volunteered on the membership committee before joining the board as Co-Director of Events in 2022. In 2021, Meghan helped spearhead the creation of the CREW Vancouver Leadership Awards and in 2022 helped execute CREW Vancouver’s inaugural Leadership Awards Gala. As Event’s Co-Chair Meghan has helped elevate the annual golf tournament, create an annual Forecast Luncheon with the Economist from Scotia Bank, re-initiate the Signature luncheon with paid speakers and partner with the Thoughtful Co on an education series helping members learn to negotiate for themselves. Meghan has been involved as a mentor in both the UCREW and regular mentorship programs

CREW Vancouver is a non-profit, volunteer-led organization.  Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.
