CREW Catalyst Leadership Program

The CREW Catalyst Leadership Program is the organization’s newest initiative providing Rising Leaders the opportunity to gain invaluable advice and perspectives from Vancouver’s most renowned C-suite leaders in commercial real estate.

Program Structure

Once the application deadline closes, six (6) Rising Leaders will be selected and paired with different Catalyst Leaders for a total of 3 meetings over the year (i.e. 1 meeting per quarter between February to November 2024, each with a different Catalyst Leader). Rising Leaders will be given the chance to accelerate their individual leadership journeys and expand their network with the help of a variety of industry titans.

To be considered as a Rising Leader in the Catalyst Leadership Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must be an active CREW member for the 2024 calendar year
Must have a minimum 10 years of industry experience
Currently holds a mid-level or senior position
