The annual awards honour individuals who consistently demonstrate excellence, and whose accomplishments and contributions show support for the organization's vision to empower women to excel, influence and lead throughout their commercial real estate careers.

The CREW Vancouver Leadership Awards comprises two categories - Board Selected and Industry Nominated.
Industry professionals are invited to submit nominations for the three Industry Nominated Awards:

- Woman of Influence Award presented by Beedie
- Catalyst Award presented by Grosvenor
