Over the last 25 years, Shenoor has transformed the industry by establishing the precedent by completing countless creative and forward-thinking transactions, demonstrating diversity and inclusiveness, and taking on the role as mentor to many young entrants.
Shenoor is known to be constantly thinking two steps ahead, and for her ability to navigate disruptions and turn them into opportunities. She was KingSett Capital’s first joint venture partner in 2004 and has worked with Canada’s largest and most credible firms like GE Capital, LaSalle Investment Management, ICBC, Fiera, Nicola Wealth, and many others that continue to follow and invest with her today.
Shenoor has broken down barriers so that the next generation of women can have the opportunity to fulfill their dreams in real estate. CREW Vancouver is honoured to have Shenoor Jadavji as its inaugural Catalyst Award winner!
